Arleigh's Cool Cowl

Want a quick and easy project for summer? Arleigh came up with this great skinny cowl. Perfect for a beach project:

Materials:
40" 6 mm circular needle
1 ball Lang Sol Degrade

Cast On 240 Stitches.
Join Round
Knit 1 round
Pattern:
Round 1: (k2tog, yo), repeat () to end of round
Repeat round 1 until approximately17 rounds of pattern have been worked.
Knit 1 round
Cast off loosely, (use a larger needle if necessary)
Weave in ends.
